After many years of creating memorable dining experiences through Delicious Thymes Personal Chef and Catering Services, founder Jim McCarthy sadly passed away following his battle with cancer. Jim built not only a respected business, but lasting relationships with clients and the community through his passion for food, hospitality, and bringing people together.

LeeAnn Black had the privilege of working alongside Jim and expanding her knowledge from his dedication to exceptional service and thoughtfully crafted events. Following his passing, she has continued serving many of the clients and connections formed through Delicious Thymes, carrying forward the same care and personal attention that Jim valued so deeply.

While Grateful Culinary Collaborations is its own business and vision, it was built with deep respect for the foundation Jim created and the relationships he fostered over the years.

Jim’s passion for bringing people together through food continues to inspire all that we do.
